Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We aim to ship your order within 15 days after payment is successfully processed. Generally, we use DHL or FedEx for delivery, and it usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive, depending on customs clearance. Please note that pre-order items may take up to one month to ship.

Do I need to pay for shipping and taxes?

Shipping is free! However, please note that our prices do not include tariffs or local taxes, which depend on your country’s customs policies. The buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can easily track your order from there. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Why is the price I paid different from the one shown on the website?

We price our products in US dollars. If you see a price in a different currency, it’s for reference only. The final amount you pay is based on the exchange rate used by your bank or payment provider.

Why can’t I complete my payment?

Payment issues can occur due to credit card limits, payment account settings, or security measures by your bank. If you’re using a credit card, contact your bank to check if the transaction was flagged. If you’re still having trouble, just email us your order number and a screenshot of the error to support@maxtangcomputer.com, and we’ll help resolve it!

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Just contact us as soon as possible! If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it, but don’t worry—you can still return it once you receive it. Reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Can I return my product?

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or if items are missing?

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please keep the packaging and take photos of the damaged package and the items you received. Then, contact us right away at support@maxtangcomputer.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

After-Sales & Warranty

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we provide a one-year (12-month) limited warranty on all our consumer electronics. If you experience a manufacturing defect from the date of delivery, we’ll be happy to repair or replace your product.

How can I claim a warranty for my product?

If your product has a defect, just email us at support@maxtangcomputer.com with details of the issue. Once we confirm the warranty claim, we’ll guide you through the process to return your item for repair or replacement.
