Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to initiate a return.

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Products that show signs of misuse or damage may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to product defects or quality issues, Maxtang will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns not related to quality issues (e.g., buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds & Exchanges
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange, please let us know and we will work with you to arrange a replacement, subject to availability.
