Maxtang Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost & Time

  • We offer free shipping to most regions. However, shipments to certain areas may be temporarily unavailable, and remote area surcharges are not covered by Maxtang.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 15 days after your payment is successfully processed. For pre-order products, please allow up to one month for shipping.
  • We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx, and delivery usually takes 3-7 working days, subject to customs clearance.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us upon receipt to discuss return options.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Once an order is processed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Notification

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service for assistance.
